All swimmers need to be registered with USA Synchro by September 30th or within 30 days of joining the team. See instructions below. Additionally swimmers need to return the following.

• The completed Medical Authorization Form
• Completed last page from the Handbook – (*)both swimmer and parent to complete after reviewing
• Any outstanding travel account balance (**)

New swimmers need to return these additional forms and fees

• $16 check made out to NJ Synchro
• Completed Westfield Y Photo Release Form

(*) All swimmers and parents should take time to review the Handbook. It is intended to be a reference for all your basic questions regarding our team. Each year the coaches review it and make changes to bring it up to date.

(**) If your travel account is not paid up from last season your daughter will not be able to swim. So please be sure to bring a check for your account if you have a balance due. Checks should be given to one of the coaches (please leave in the coaches’ mailbox).

All swimmers need to be registered with USA Synchronized Swimming.

• Go to Members Log-in .... red box at top right hand section on the Home Page
• If you already have an account go to step 3 otherwise start at step 1 to set up a login

1. Create an account
   
   1. To get started, one adult member of a family will need a customer Login Name and Password. If you have not been issued a customer Login Name and Password, an adult member of the family, will need to request an account.(Account approvals will be validated after clicking on the confirmation link that is sent to your email address.
2. Add your daughter to your account – Under Personal Information section select “change information about family members” and add your daughter.
3. Purchase a membership for your daughter by selecting “Purchase or Renew Membership” under Other Services
4. Choose “Competitive Athlete Membership” - $70
5. You will need the following information to complete the registration
   
   1. Athlete Type = Regular
   2. Zone = East
   3. Association = New Jersey
   4. Club = Westfield Y Aquaducks
